Terms of service
Effective 31 October 2026
The short version. Big Shot is a free app for adult cricket fans to collect and share posters. Coins and posters are for fun inside the app: they can't be bought, sold or cashed out. Play fair, and enjoy the cricket.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Mrova Solutions Private Limited, India ("Big Shot", "we", "us"). By using the Big Shot app or website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Big Shot. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
2. You must be 18 or older
Big Shot is only for people aged 18 and over. You confirm your age when you first sign in, and you agree that what you tell us is true. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
3. What Big Shot is
Each day Big Shot publishes posters of notable moments from real cricket matches. Posters are original artwork made with the help of AI and reviewed by people before they are published. Many posters are free to collect for a limited time; some can be unlocked or claimed with coins, and some are made in limited numbers. We decide which moments become posters, and when.
4. Coins
- You earn coins inside the app, for example by collecting on drop days, keeping a streak or inviting friends. You can't buy coins with money.
- Coins have no cash value. They can't be sold, withdrawn, exchanged for money or anything outside the app, or transferred off Big Shot.
- We may change how coins are earned and spent, and we may correct balances that are wrong because of a bug, a mistake or a breach of these terms.
Big Shot involves no betting, wagering or games of chance, and nothing you do in it can win you money.
5. Your posters
- When you collect a poster, you get a personal, non-commercial right to view it in the app and share it, for example in a story, on WhatsApp or through a share link.
- We (or our licensors) keep all rights in the artwork, the Big Shot name and the app. Collecting a poster doesn't transfer ownership or any intellectual property in it to you.
- You can't sell posters, use them in advertising, or print them for sale.
- Trades between fans swap posters inside the app only. Don't buy, sell or trade posters or accounts for money or anything of value outside Big Shot.
- If you restyle a poster in the Studio, the result is a version of our artwork and these same rules apply to it.
6. Players and teams
Posters show real players and real match moments. Big Shot is independent: it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the ICC, any national or state cricket board, any league, team or player. Player and team names are used only to identify the moments shown. If you represent a player or rights holder and have a concern, write to support@bigshotcricket.com and we'll respond promptly.
7. Fair play
Don't:
- run more than one account, or use bots, scripts or other automated means to use Big Shot;
- exploit bugs to gain coins or posters (tell us instead);
- choose a handle that impersonates someone, or is offensive, hateful or misleading;
- harass other fans, or use trades or Trumps to cheat;
- copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or our servers, or try to get around its limits.
If you break these rules we may remove coins or posters gained by breaking them, suspend or close your account.
8. Changes and availability
Big Shot is in beta. Features may change, pause or end, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; when we do we'll change the date above, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app first. If you keep using Big Shot after a change, you accept the new terms.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using Big Shot and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@bigshotcricket.com. Deleting your account removes your coins and posters, and they can't be restored. We may close accounts that break these terms, or end the service with reasonable notice in the app.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Big Shot is provided "as is". We work to keep match details accurate, but posters are artwork and may simplify or stylise what happened. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of coins or posters, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute comes up, write to us first and we'll try to resolve it. If we can't, the courts of India have jurisdiction.
12. My XI and prints
My XI on bigshotcricket.com is free. There's no entry, and no coins, prizes or money to win, and a score is only for fun. Sections 2 and 7 apply to it. Use your own name or a nickname: we may remove a name or an XI that breaks these terms. I Was There posters are free, for your own use and for sharing. Use your own name or a nickname on them. The print list collects interest only. Prints aren't on sale, we take no payment, and joining the list doesn't mean a print will be made. The prices shown are plans, not offers. Match data comes from Cricsheet, under the Open Data Commons Attribution License, and we can't promise every score is free of error.
